About Us
Purpose
To reach those who are curious about the reintroduction of animal species into habitats as well as those who would like to know more about wolves and their history with Yellowstone National park. This site intends to address the lack of knowledge of wolves and their place and importance in an ecosystem.
History
This site started as a project in a web development course from Fort Hays State University in Kansas where the instructor asked us to create a website. I chose the wolves of Yellowstone as it was a topic that interested me previously in my academic career. I saw this as an opportunity to expand my knowledge on the topic and put it into a shareable format. So that others who have the same interests can use this as a resource or just for fun to learn more about wolves and their place in our ecosystem. I hope you enjoyed the website and found it both interesting and informative.
